Accessibility statement

Our commitment
CRE8EVE Sp. z o.o. is committed to making postvow.eu usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, need larger text, or need reduced motion. We sell compliance infrastructure; a site that is itself inaccessible would be an odd thing to buy it from.
Standards we apply
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA, as incorporated by the European standard EN 301 549.
The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) has applied since 28 June 2025. We treat it as a present obligation, not a roadmap item.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. "Partially conformant" is the honest wording: we have built to the standard and tested against it, but our assessment is a self-assessment, so we do not claim unqualified full conformance.
Design decisions made specifically for this: every interactive target is at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels; focus indication is never removed, only replaced with a visible ring; status is conveyed by shape and text label as well as colour, never by colour alone; all motion respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting; and the site works without JavaScript because it ships none.
How we assessed it
Assessment method: self-assessment by CRE8EVE Sp. z o.o., combining automated testing with axe-core against every published page and manual checks of keyboard operation, focus order, heading structure and colour contrast.
No external or third-party accessibility audit has been carried out. We say so rather than let the word "tested" imply one. If a customer requires an independent audit as a procurement condition, contact us and we will discuss commissioning one.
Statement prepared: 3 August 2026, on the basis of the assessment described above.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following, and we would rather list them than leave the impression that nothing is outstanding:
- The assessment is a self-assessment. Automated tooling detects only a portion of possible WCAG failures, and no independent audit has confirmed our manual findings.
- This statement covers the public postvow.eu website only. The customer dashboard at app.postvow.eu and any API documentation are separate surfaces with their own assessments; they are not covered here.
- We have not tested with the full range of assistive technologies and browser combinations that real users have. If a combination fails for you, telling us is the fastest way for it to get fixed.
